Note: Metric tots of 750ml Bottles
WHEN
LABELS HAVE BEEN PRINTED PLEASE ENSURE THAT:-
- The bottle is clean and dry
- Peel sticker off sheet and start at the top (full mark
and work down)
- On the bottom of the sticker is a zero line(name of spirit
top) that must stuck in line with the base of the bottle and worked up the bottle.
- Stickers must be stuck on straight and not over any label.
- The name of the sprit will always be at the top for upright bottles, and at the bottom for optic bottles.
- The optic bottle sticker must be stuck on from the bottom
of the bottle to the top (the line above tot 30 must line
up with the bottom of the bottle)
HOW TO READ STICKERS
- The markings on the stickers are marked in double tots
- Always start counting from the bottom of the sticker when
taking stock
- Should anyone try to peel a sticker off a new one can
always be refitted
- Date is also printed on sticker for your security (no
filling bottles with their own stock).

OPTIC
BOTTLE
The Optic label prints opposite to the
upright bottle and can be printed
on
the same page. The line above the 30 tot, must line up on the base
of
the bottle. Stickers can be fitted to bottles while still in the
store
room
Bottles
do not have to be removed from the optic to count stock, stock
can
be read in that position as calabration has been done with an
optic
fitted to the bottle
The
